 article_nlIndien je een ticket voor Frag-o-Matic 21.1 hebt aangekocht en jouw betaling door ons werd ontvangen, is het vanaf nu mogelijk om een plaats te reserveren op de seatmap. (Klik op het “Seats” icoon onder “Quick links” aan de rechterzijde van deze pagina.) Kies je seat door te klikken op een witte plaats op de seatmap. Wanneer je een witte plaats reserveert, komen de gelockte plaatsen naast deze witte plaats vrij en dus bruikbaar voor de rest van jouw team. (De gearceerde plaatsen zijn geblokkeerd voor selectie.) De plaatsen met een kruisje door, zijn gereserveerd voor groepen met meer dan 5 tickets. Seatmap reservaties zijn mogelijk voor groepen met meer dan 5 tickets. Teams kunnen nog altijd een mail sturen naar <a href="mailto:seatmap@fom.be">seatmap@fom.be</a> met de aanvraag en indeling voor een reeks plaatsen. Vermeld in je mail steeds duidelijk elke gewenste plaats/plaatsnummer en nickname. Indien jouw plaats gereserveerd is, dan is dit niet noodzakelijk definitief. Een seatmap admin kan je nog steeds verplaatsen. Het is gebruikelijk dat naar de start van het evenement toe seats verplaatst kunnen worden, dit om zoveel mogelijk lege plaatsen op de seatmap te vermijden en bijgevolg voor een mooi geheel te zorgen. De seatmap admin zal er voor zorgen dat spelers van dezelfde clan samen zitten. Daarom is het belangrijk dat iedereen zijn clan in zijn profiel juist zet. VIP-ticket houders worden per team gecontacteerd door de VIP-manager om een plaats te kiezen in het VIP gedeelte. Wie als eerste betaalde mag als eerste kiezen.  article_enIf you purchased a ticket for Frag-o-Matic 21.1 and your payment has been received by us, it is possible to select a seat on the seatmap. (Click on the “Seats” icon underneath “Quick links” at the right side of this page.) Choose your seat by clicking on a white seat on the seatmap. When a white seat is reserved, the locked seats next to the white seat will open and become available for the rest of your team. (The shaded seats are blocked for selection.) The crossed through seats are reserved for groups who purchased more than 5 tickets. Seatmap reservations are possible for groups who purchased more than 5 tickets. Teams can still send an e-mail to <a href="mailto:seatmap@fom.be">seatmap@fom.be</a> requesting a series of seats and the layout of these seats. Please mention every desired seat/seatnumber and nickname in your e-mail. If your seat is reserved it doesn’t necessarily mean that this will be your final location. A seatmap admin can still move the seat and assign you another seat. It is common that towards the start of Frag-o-Matic seats are moved to prevent empty seats on the seatmap and to make sure that all seats are properly filled in. A seatmap admin will make sure players from the same clan are seated together. That is why it’s important to keep your clan on your profile updated. Om dit proces zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen vragen we je om volgende zaken bij de hand te houden: <ul> <li>Afgeprint ticket (smartphones en tablets scannen niet)</li> <li>Identiteitskaart</li> </ul> Wat neem ik mee? <ul> <li>Update je games voor je vertrekt! Je kan jezelf nomineren door een e-mail te sturen met een foto van jezelf in jouw prom outfit en met een korte beschrijving waarom jij de perfecte prom king of queen bent naar <a href="mailto:animatie@fom.be?subject=Nominee%20FoM%2021.1%20Prom%20Night">animatie@fom.be</a> * De foto’s van de genomineerden zullen gedeeld worden op onze social media kanalen tijdens de weken voor het evenement. Iedereen die aanwezig is tijdens Frag-o-Matic 21.1 (deelnemers en bezoekers) kunnen stemmen op zijn of haar favoriete kandidaten op vrijdag avond (6 september) tussen 19:00 en 00:00 in het center piece. De winnaars zullen bekend gemaakt worden tijdens de openingsshow om 01:00. *Alle kandidaatstellingen worden gereviewed door het animatieteam. Kandidaturen zijn enkel geldig voor 1 king, of 1 queen (geen koppels), vergezeld van een duidelijke foto in geschikte balkledij, en met een beschrijving van waarom jij moet winnen.  title_enSeatmap open for everyone!
 article_nlIndien je een ticket voor Frag-o-Matic 21.1 hebt aangekocht en jouw betaling door ons werd ontvangen, is het vanaf nu mogelijk om een plaats te reserveren op de seatmap. (Klik op het “Seats” icoon onder “Quick links” aan de rechterzijde van deze pagina.) Kies je seat door te klikken op een witte plaats op de seatmap. Wanneer je een witte plaats reserveert, komen de gelockte plaatsen naast deze witte plaats vrij en dus bruikbaar voor de rest van jouw team. (De gearceerde plaatsen zijn geblokkeerd voor selectie.) De plaatsen met een kruisje door, zijn gereserveerd voor groepen met meer dan 5 tickets. Seatmap reservaties zijn mogelijk voor groepen met meer dan 5 tickets. Teams kunnen nog altijd een mail sturen naar <a href="mailto:seatmap@fom.be">seatmap@fom.be</a> met de aanvraag en indeling voor een reeks plaatsen. Vermeld in je mail steeds duidelijk elke gewenste plaats/plaatsnummer en nickname. Indien jouw plaats gereserveerd is, dan is dit niet noodzakelijk definitief. Een seatmap admin kan je nog steeds verplaatsen. Het is gebruikelijk dat naar de start van het evenement toe seats verplaatst kunnen worden, dit om zoveel mogelijk lege plaatsen op de seatmap te vermijden en bijgevolg voor een mooi geheel te zorgen. De seatmap admin zal er voor zorgen dat spelers van dezelfde clan samen zitten. Daarom is het belangrijk dat iedereen zijn clan in zijn profiel juist zet. VIP-ticket houders worden per team gecontacteerd door de VIP-manager om een plaats te kiezen in het VIP gedeelte. Wie als eerste betaalde mag als eerste kiezen.  article_enIf you purchased a ticket for Frag-o-Matic 21.1 and your payment has been received by us, it is possible to select a seat on the seatmap. (Click on the “Seats” icon underneath “Quick links” at the right side of this page.) Choose your seat by clicking on a white seat on the seatmap. When a white seat is reserved, the locked seats next to the white seat will open and become available for the rest of your team. (The shaded seats are blocked for selection.) The crossed through seats are reserved for groups who purchased more than 5 tickets. Seatmap reservations are possible for groups who purchased more than 5 tickets. Teams can still send an e-mail to <a href="mailto:seatmap@fom.be">seatmap@fom.be</a> requesting a series of seats and the layout of these seats. Please mention every desired seat/seatnumber and nickname in your e-mail. If your seat is reserved it doesn’t necessarily mean that this will be your final location. A seatmap admin can still move the seat and assign you another seat. It is common that towards the start of Frag-o-Matic seats are moved to prevent empty seats on the seatmap and to make sure that all seats are properly filled in. A seatmap admin will make sure players from the same clan are seated together. That is why it’s important to keep your clan on your profile updated. VIP-ticket holders will be contacted by the VIP-manager to choose a place in the VIP area. Who paid first gets to choose first.
